Infinity Aurelis is a consulting team of Infinity Financial Advisory Pte Ltd ("Infinity FA"), a financial advisory firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (FA Licence No. FA100087). Personal data you give us is collected, used and disclosed by Infinity FA under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the firm's Privacy Policy. This page explains how that works on this website, and when you engage one of our consultants.
1. What this website collects
Nothing. This website has no database, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or tracking.
The enquiry form in the Contact section does not send anything to a server. It assembles what you type into a draft email and opens it in your own mail application. The message is sent only if you choose to send it, and it then reaches us as an ordinary email. If you close the draft, nothing leaves your device.
The email, WhatsApp and telephone links work the same way. They open your own apps, and anything you send from there reaches the consultant directly.
2. Third-party content on this site
The typefaces used here are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests those files, your IP address and basic browser information are visible to Google. No other third-party service is loaded by this site.
3. What we collect when you engage us
To advise you, we are required to understand your circumstances. Depending on what you ask us to advise on, we may collect:
- Name, contact details, date of birth and identification details
- Income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and existing policies or investments
- Family and dependant circumstances, and your objectives
- Health and lifestyle information, where an insurance application requires it
- Employment details and, for corporate work, information about your business
You do not have to give us this information, but without it we cannot assess suitability, and a licensed representative cannot make a recommendation.
4. Why we collect it
- Carrying out a fact-find and assessing whether a product is suitable for you
- Preparing and explaining recommendations
- Submitting applications to insurers, platforms and other product providers
- Servicing what you hold, including claims, changes and reviews
- Meeting the firm's legal, regulatory and compliance obligations
- Contacting you about your plan and, where you have agreed, about other services
5. Who we share it with
- Insurers, fund platforms, banks and other providers, where you apply for a product
- Infinity FA's own personnel, compliance function and group companies
- Service providers acting for the firm under a duty of confidentiality
- Regulators, authorities and courts, where the law requires it
Your data may be transferred, stored or processed in other countries where the firm or its service providers operate.
6. Consent, and withdrawing it
You may withdraw your consent on reasonable notice by writing to the Data Protection Officer below, and we will tell you what the likely consequences are. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer service policies or investments arranged through us.
7. Marketing and the Do Not Call Registry
If you give us a Singapore telephone number, we may contact you about products and services where you have agreed to this, or where an existing relationship permits it under the PDPA. Tell any of our consultants, or write to the address below, and we will stop. You may also register your number with the national Do Not Call Registry.
8. Access and correction
You may ask what personal data the firm holds about you and how it has been used, and you may ask for it to be corrected. Write to dpo@infinityfa.com.sg. We will ask for information to verify your identity before responding.
The firm may charge a fee of S$10.00 for an access request. Identification numbers such as NRIC, FIN, passport and company registration numbers cannot be amended unless you can show they have been recorded inaccurately.
9. Protection and retention
The firm protects personal data with reasonable security arrangements, and retains it only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which it is disposed of securely.
